Prices
Our prices are calculated in British Pound Sterling and are inclusive with the exception of postage and packaging.  

Deliveries
Dream Boat Design aoms to despatch all off-the-shelf products within 48 hours.
On despatch we endeavour to e-mail all customers with proof of despatch, containing the order tracking number.
All products are posted by first class recorded mail or special delivery, depending on your selection, and will only be sent to the address provided on the order form.
All International orders are sent by Signed For Internatinoal, a Royal Mail priority handling and registered delivery service. A signature will be required for receipt of all purchases. Should any issue arise with an unforeseen delay, we promise to keep all our customers informed and up to date.
All orders will only be shipped once payment has been received. Purchases outside of the United Kingdom could be subject to import duty for your Country. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to seek guidance from your respective Customs authorities prior to purchase.

Returns
Should you be dissatisfied with your jewellery purchase for any reason, you can return it within the following guidelines: 
 
Jewellery items are fully refundable within 30 days of the date they were received including all postage costs.

The customer should return all goods:
within the original packaging
with the invoice enclosed
with the receipt of the returned postage cost

All returns to be sent back recorded delivery.
Customer should always retain a copy of proof of postage.

All refunds are done using the same method by which payment was received i.e.
Should a credit card have been used then the same credit card will be refunded.
Should you have paid by cheque or money order, a cheque will be sent off to you within 48 hours.
 
None of the above will affect your statutory rights as a customer.
 
Cancellation of Orders
Once an order has been placed and sent through to Dream Boat Design, it may be cancelled at any time by simply forwarding an e-mail to rockhols@aol.com quoting the order number and requesting cancellation. Should the item have been despatched before cancellation was received, the refund policy will apply. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
